CHANGE commissions clients can purchase a download package containing the design and image files for resources created by CHANGE.

The standard charge of £195+VAT covers the provision of all relevant design files, image files and final PDF versions for any work commissioned by the organisation purchasing the download.

This charge is waived for registered charities and for private individuals working with people with learning disabilities, who can request the download free of charge by emailing change@advonet.org.uk.

The download package will contain:

• Design files in INDD format (Adobe InDesign). An Adobe InDesign licence is required to fully access and edit these.

• Final PDFs in the same format as supplied at the time of commissioning. Minor editing of PDFs may be possible with an Adobe Acrobat Pro licence.

• Image files in PSD format (Adobe Photoshop working files). An Adobe Photoshop license is required to fully access and edit these images. These are the editable source files for the illustrations, including any text and layers used to construct the images.

• Image exports in PNG or JPG format, which can be opened and edited with most image software.

Files are supplied in their original working formats. All commissions completed since 2019 will be included automatically. Please list individually any older resources required. Our archives contain material going back over twenty years, although we cannot guarantee that all files are available for older resources. Resources created prior to 2010 may be in other formats (e.g. CorelDraw).

Within seven days of purchase we will email a WeTransfer link for you to download the files. The download link will be available for at least 28 days from the email date.
